Post #13: Research Wednesday--Mother Jones

Today is "Research Wednesday" and I want you to research Mother Jones using primary source documents. Below are three links. Use these links to learn more about Mother Jones. You must find one new piece of information from each site.

Read one of the articles listed on this page. Tell us the name of the article, newspaper, city/state, and year it was published. What is the article about? Does the article show any bias for or against Mother Jones? How can you tell?

Take a look at the items available on this site (many are photographs). What information can you learn about Mother Jones from a photograph? I encourage you to look at more than just the first page.

This is a National History Day Website created by a student about Mother Jones. Please look through the entire website. Notice how it is organized and find a new piece of information about Mother Jones.
